This Delivery Policy describes how Flugfritt.se handles shipping, delivery times, fees and liability when delivering products purchased via https://flugfritt.se.
1. 📦 Delivery area
We deliver to addresses within Sweden.
For delivery to the rest of the Nordic region or the EU, please contact us via Support@flugfritt.se before ordering.
2. ⏱️ Delivery time
Normaldelivery time is 2-5 business days from order confirmation. In case of high demand, out of stock, promotions, holidays or external delays, delivery time may be longer. We will notify you of any delays!
Delivery time is then estimated at 5-15 business days.
3. 🚛 Shipping options
We work with established shipping companies for safe and traceable delivery. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout and may include:
• Standard delivery (2–5 business days)
• Express delivery (1–2 business days)
• Home delivery (Location: Norrköping)
4. 💰 Shipping cost
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume and delivery address. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or purchases over a certain amount.
5. 📬 Delivery confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information. Please make sure your contact details are correct when ordering!
6. 📦 Unclaimed packages
If a package is not picked up within the specified time and returned to us, a fee of SEK 499 will be charged to cover shipping and handling. This also applies to cancelled purchases without a return notification!
7. 🛠️ Transport damage
If the package is damaged upon delivery, document the damage and contact us immediately via Support@flugfritt.se. We will help you file a complaint with the shipping company and replace the product if necessary.
8. ❗ Delivery responsibility
We are responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to you. After receipt, responsibility passes to you as the customer. In the case of home delivery, someone must be present to receive the package.
