This policy applies to returns, cancellation rights and complaints when purchasing via https://flugfritt.se. We follow Swedish consumer legislation and strive to give you a safe and smooth shopping experience.
1. 📦 Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, according to the Distance Contracts Act.
Terms:
• The product must be in substantially unchanged condition
• Original packaging must be included
• You are responsible for return shipping
Here's how:
1.Notify us via email to Retur-Reklamation@flugfritt.se within 14 days.
2. We will confirm your return and give you instructions.
3. Send the item back to the specified return address.
4. Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return
💡Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Customized products
• Services that have begun with your consent before the withdrawal period has expired
2. 🛠️ Complaint
If a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the description, you have the right to complain according to the Consumer Purchase Act - up to 3 years after purchase.
Here's how:
1.Contact us via Retur-Reklamation@flugfritt.se as soon as the error is discovered.
2. Describe the error, take pictures and attach
3. We will assess the complaint and return with a solution:
• Exchange of goods
• Repair
• Price reduction, or refund
💡We are responsible for the return shipping if the complaint is approved.
3. 📬Return address
Returns are sent to the address we provide when contacting you. We do not have a physical store or warehouse for personal returns without prior arrangement.
4. 💰 Refund
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for purchase. We will refund the full amount including any shipping costs if the complaint is approved.
In the event of a right of withdrawal, only the price of the item will be refunded, NOT return shipping.
5. ❗ Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed items will be charged a fee of SEK 299 to cover shipping and handling. This also applies if you cancel your purchase without notifying us.
