These terms and conditions apply between you as a customer and Flugfritt.se when purchasing products and services via our website https://flugfritt.se. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. 🧾 Order and agreement
A binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of, for example, incorrect pricing or technical problems.
3. 💳 Prices and payment
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.
Payment is made via the payment options listed on the website. We use secure payment solutions and never store card details.
4. 🚚 Delivery
We deliver within Sweden. Delivery time is stated at the time of purchase and is normally 2–5 working days. Delays may occur due to high load, out of stock, late delivery or external factors beyond our control.
Delivery time is then estimated at 5-15 working days.
5. 🔄 Right of withdrawal and return
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via Retur-Reklamation@flugfritt.se
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to:
- Customized products
- Services that have been started with your consent before the withdrawal period has expired
6. 🛠️ Complaint
If a product is faulty, you have the right to complain according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us as soon as possible via Retur-Reklamation@flugfritt.se with a picture and description of the fault.
We will cover return shipping if the complaint is approved!
7. 🔐 Personal information
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
The data is used to process your order, communicate with you and comply with legal requirements.
8. 📦 Unclaimed packages
Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of SEK 499 to cover shipping and handling.
9. ⚖️ Dispute and applicable law
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN).
Swedish law applies and any dispute is settled in a Swedish court.
